Trafalgar has unveiled its second module of Trafalgar Academy Course 2: Converting Opportunities into Success, that recognises the vital role of an agent by providing content focused on offering advice to achieve sales success.
The agents’ e-learning program uses a simple three-step guide to securing increased sales – from selling skills to overcoming potential objections from customers.
Subjects include The Trafalgar Difference, Converting Opportunities Into Success and coming soon – It’s Lifestyle Not Features That Matter, with additional courses to be added as the program gathers momentum.
