Thanks to Qantas Airways, Helloworld’s award-winning Frontline Agents were recently feted at the QF Business Class Lounge in Sydney before settling into Qantas’ Premium Economy cabin … destination Johannesburg!
Taking in an incredible safari in Africa, in partnership with The Africa Safari Co, were Daniel Beard (helloworld Bankstown), Pip Smith (Experience Travel & Cruise), Corinne Ellis (helloworld Strathpine), Breeanna Perez (Globenet Travel), Emily O’Shea (Hunter Travel Group), Angela Kaluzyn (Skilled Travel), Ellie Buchhorn (helloworld Albury), Zoran Panzich (helloworld), Susie Potter (The Africa Safari Co) and Michael Poes (Qantas).
On the ground, the itinerary included Zimbabwe, with a visit to Victoria Falls, the Chobe National Park in Botswana and Johannesburg, where the agents were treated to a guided tour of Soweto.
The winning agents were announced and awarded at the 2016 Frontliners Forum in Brisbane, and the top achievers were recognised from both the helloworld Branded and Associate networks, in areas including Rookie of the Year Award, Team Spirit Award, Rising Star Award, Pursuit of Knowledge Award, Customer Service Award, Hero Corporate and Hero Retail Awards and Top Revenue Award.
The 2017 Frontliners Forum will be held in November in Tasmania where the highest achievers will again be recognised across various categories.
