The island of Ko Yao Noi in Thailand is just 30 minutes from Phuket, yet a world away from the hustle and bustle, and where a group of Flight Centre agents recently found themselves, on a famil organised by Infinity Holidays.
Checking into the boutique 5-star Cape Kudu Hotel, the group was treated to joy rides around the island, in the hotel’s vintage car, past sleepy fishing villages and rubber tree plantations. After relaxing on the balconies of their rustic but chic rooms, they enjoyed a private sunset dinner on the beach, with sunset over Phang Na’s unique limestone karsts.
A select member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, Cape Kudu is just over a year old and offers luxurious rooms across Deluxe, Pool Villa, and Robinson Crusoe Suite categories. The hotel boasts a fine dining restaurant, an organic garden, five-star spa, infinity pool and a program of diverse activities ranging from snorkelling and kayaking to excursions to other local islands, experiences in the local community (including trips to fish farms), private picnics and bird-spotting, Batik
Painting and more cultural highlights.
