17 JAN: A Delta Air Lines flight from Atlanta to Costa Rica diverted to Tampa, Florida Sunday night to remove an "unruly" German couple travelling first class.
Reports say trouble erupted when the husband and wife were told that the plane had run out of Champagne.
Meantime, a 65-year-old Japanese man has been fined $2500 in a Honolulu court for assaulting a cabin crew member during a Delta flight from Tokyo to Hawaii.
The man, travelling in business class, hit the attendant with an open hand after drinking several glasses of Champagne and wine.
