What's Selling

Last cabins are selling on two Dalmatian coast cruises this month and in October aboard the CroisiEurope vessel La Belle De L’Adriatique.

Accommodating only 200 passengers, the vessel is small enough to cruise close to coastlines and moor in small harbours inaccessible to larger ships.

The sailings are selling from $1935 a person twin share, $3003 single, including all meals and French wine and beer with lunch and dinner.

Hundreds evacuated from NZ ferry after fire breaks out

29 AUG: More than 300 people were evacuated from a NZ tourist ferry on Saturday when fire broke out in the engine bay.

The vessel, operated by tourism company Fullers, was en route from the Auckland waterfront to Waiheke Island, a popular day trip destination.

Crew sealed the engine and automated sprinklers had extinguished the flames by the time fire officers arrived.

There were no injuries as passengers were transferred to another boat.
