What's Selling

Last cabins are selling on two Dalmatian coast cruises this month and in October aboard the CroisiEurope vessel La Belle De L’Adriatique.

Accommodating only 200 passengers, the vessel is small enough to cruise close to coastlines and moor in small harbours inaccessible to larger ships.

The sailings are selling from $1935 a person twin share, $3003 single, including all meals and French wine and beer with lunch and dinner.

New ship steaming in with Vegemite on toast

24 AUG: Aussies can look forward to plenty of Vegemite on toast when they sail on Royal Caribbean’s Radiance of the Seas, due in Australian waters in October.

A media release from the cruise line says Radiance hotel staff have been getting tips from sister ship Rhapsody of the Seas on how to Australianise the newcomer.

A shipboard executive is quoted as saying that Aussies will be delighted at how Radiance has been prepared for its first season here.

"We have struck a nice balance with the international influences that are signature to all Royal Caribbean cruises, and the local touches such as the traditional Aussie breakfast - Vegemite on toast".
