Thai jet searched at LA airport after bomb threat

9 SEP: Police searched a Thai Airways plane at Los Angeles airport yesterday after a written bomb threat was found during a flight from Bangkok.

The plane, carrying 200 passengers and crew, was taken to a remote area of the airport after landing.

A bomb squad then searched the jet, but found nothing.

The note was discovered in a toilet of the plane.

Passengers and crew were interviewed and the FBI said an investigation to identify the person who wrote the note is continuing.
