Cab driver jailed for kissing passenger’s hand

29 JULY: A Singapore cabbie has been jailed for two weeks for kissing the hand of a 24-year-old female passenger after she arrived at her destination.

The woman complained to her boyfriend, a police officer, who advised her to report the incident.

The cabbie was subsequently charged with "outraging her modesty", the Straits Times reports.
