World Cup footballers stage inflight conga

16 JULY: Spain’s victorious FIFA World Cup team has added a new dimension to inflight entertainment.

As their plane headed to Madrid on a 12-hour flight from Johannesburg earlier this week, the players staged a conga along the aisles.

"All the players were singing, dancing and cheering", a Spanish Football Association spokesman told media.

"They danced all the way home. It was a journey we’ll never forget".
