Agents find something familiar in Egypt’s White Desert

25 JUN: Travelscene American Express agents have returned from Egypt with some interesting photos.

A shot taken in the so-called White Desert shows a land-form which at first glance looks like an imitation Sphinx.

Closer inspection shows it to be a cream-coloured chalk formation shaped by sandstorms.

The agents were on a trip with Tempo Holidays and Emirates.
