Accor will serve as Official Accommodation Partner for the 2026 Australian Native Food Festival, hosting festival guests across its Sydney hotel network from 25-27 September.
Festival showcases Aboriginal-owned food businesses

Held at Carriageworks and produced by Indigiearth, the festival is the only national showcase dedicated exclusively to Aboriginal-owned and operated food businesses and producers, bringing together chefs, growers and producers from across Australia over three days of culinary demonstrations, industry discussions, weaving workshops and market stalls.
Accor will contribute beyond accommodation, with culinary director Rosy Scatigna and vice president food and beverage Asia Pacific Ben Creek participating in the festival’s Industry Trade Day panel discussions. Emerging chefs from local Accor hotels will also support festival activities throughout the event.
Accor Pacific chief operating officer Adrian Williams said the partnership reflected the value of industry collaboration. “Events such as these create valuable opportunities for knowledge sharing, collaboration and celebrating the extraordinary diversity of Australia’s Indigenous food culture,” Williams said.
Partnership framed around capacity building

Indigiearth founder Sharon Winsor said the accommodation partnership extended beyond logistics. “This partnership is about more than accommodation, its two businesses coming together to create opportunities, support business, showcase culture, building capacity and supporting self-determination,” Winsor said.
