Abercrombie & Kent has successfully managed to exclusively charter two departures each for families with a maximum of 10 guests for the Maria Island Walk, a World Heritage-listed area just off the east coast of Tasmania.
Renowned for its natural beauty and unspoilt tranquillity and on this walking adventure, guests are accompanied by local guides, meandering along pristine beaches and through ancient blue gum forests by day and by night, savouring gourmet local fare. There’s also a fascinating history to uncover and an abundance of rare birds and captivating wildlife to observe including the iconic Tasmanian Devil in its natural habitat.
Each of these departures offers a guided ‘Moonlight Devil Spotting Walk’, exclusive to A&K, with a chance to seek out these elusive creatures.
