Andronis, the award-winning collection of five-star hotels across Greece, is set for a transformative 2025, with a major renovation of its flagship property, Andronis Luxury Suites. The refreshed hotel will reopen in May 2025, featuring an expanded footprint, a reimagined spa and the debut of a new Greek-style taverna.
A renewed vision of luxury
Founded in 2006 by Miltiadis Andronis, the brand has grown to five properties across Santorini and Paros, offering 253 suites and villas, six restaurants and four award-winning spas. Now, Andronis Luxury Suites will merge with its neighbouring sister hotel, Alta Mare by Andronis, increasing the number of available rooms while undergoing a full redesign to elevate its standards to six-star luxury.
The Mare Sanus Spa will also receive significant upgrades, enhancing the wellness experience for guests.
A taste of Greece at Milto’s Greek Table
A new dining experience, Milto’s Greek Table, will open alongside the revamped hotel, celebrating traditional Greek cuisine and paying tribute to the brand’s founder. The new taverna will complement the existing Lycabettus Restaurant, making Andronis Luxury Suites the only hotel on the Caldera to feature two distinct dining venues.

Guests booking a Pool Villa will enjoy a unique new perk—complimentary access to a MINI COOPER Cabrio for a day, allowing them to explore Santorini’s breathtaking landscapes and cultural treasures.
Andronis Luxury Suites, recently awarded five stars by The Forbes Travel Guide for the third time, will also join the prestigious LEGEND Collection by Preferred Hotels & Resorts at the start of the 2025 season.
