APT launches new campaign – “Travel is Calling”

APT Travel Group brands, APT and Travelmarvel, have launched a new advertising campaign, specifically tailored to meet the needs and sensitivities of the current era, by showcasing travel as a reality with a strong representation of the travel industry.

The campaign, ‘Travel Is Calling’, is a celebration of our love of travel and an important acknowledgement that both the business and the wider industry knows that travel is an integral and enriching part of all our lives. And that while we might not be able to travel how we would like right now, it is no less important, in fact it is arguably more important than ever before.

Focused on the reality of future travel, the campaign will launch on domestic, trans-Tasman and International journeys.

“We are starting to see the green shoots and we know people are keen to travel,” said GM Marketing and Digital at the APT Travel Group, Vanesa Russack. “We have also seen that through our recent successful tour in Queensland and an uptick in customer sentiment with research and consumer insights indicating that people are eager to lock in their travel plans to have something tangible to look forward to.

“Now more than ever, we need to consider our marketing activity. While the campaign’s message is simple – Travel Is Calling – it is also a bold statement to advertise in these times, but one we are confident to make. And we are fortunate to be in a position to do so. The APT Travel Group has a solid successful history, an excellent reputation, financial stability and very loyal trade partners and travellers who continue to support us.

“We are delighted to launch this campaign and to share the message that travel is close and let our travel partners and guests know that we are ready and willing to facilitate that future travel right now.”
