Armstrong Collective appoints Carly Biggart as Vice President, Global Sales

Armstrong Collective has appointed Carly Biggart as Vice President, Global Sales, strengthening its commercial leadership team as the company continues to expand the global reach of its luxury rail brands, Rocky Mountaineer and Canyon Spirit.

Based in Toronto, Biggart will lead the company’s global sales organisation, overseeing strategic direction, regional sales alignment, international market growth and relationships with travel trade partners.

Global sales leadership strengthened

Biggart joins Armstrong Collective with more than 25 years’ experience across sales, strategy, marketing and operations.

She most recently served as General Manager, Americas for Hurtigruten Norway, where she led the business across the region and delivered record year-on-year revenue growth. Before that, she held senior leadership roles at Motorola Mobility, overseeing national sales, marketing and operations.

Monique Gomel, Chief Commercial Officer at Armstrong Collective, said Biggart’s experience would support the company’s long-term growth plans.

“Carly brings a proven track record of driving sales growth across global markets, along with deep expertise in building high-performing teams and strengthening strategic partnerships,” Gomel said.

Focus on trade partnerships

Biggart said she was looking forward to working with the company’s travel advisor and trade partners as Armstrong Collective continues to grow internationally.

“Throughout my career, I’ve believed that lasting success is built through strong partnerships, shared purpose, and an unwavering focus on the guest experience,” she said.

Armstrong Collective is the parent company of luxury rail operators Rocky Mountaineer and Canyon Spirit.
