Named the ‘Best Travel Agency Leisure – Multi Location’ at the National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA) in July, the team at Helloworld Travel Mackay and Mt Pleasant has announced it will be expanding its operations to Willows Shopping Centre, Townsville.
“We are looking forward to bringing our travel expertise to Townsville travellers,” said general manager, Annabel Dolphin. “We are dedicated to our clients to ensure their holiday dreams become a reality [and] we treat each holiday like we are booking for our own family. Our staff are proactive, passionate and strive for excellence.
“Being a North Queenslander, I love being able to support local jobs in the regions. Having worked in Townsville over the past five years, I am looking forward to being able to open a new store and being part of the community.”
