Azerai Ke Ga Bay, a tranquil beachfront retreat in southern Vietnam, has introduced a new outdoor yoga experience, offering guests the chance to start their day with sunrise sessions overlooking the sea. The all-suites-and-villas resort, known for its immersive wellness offerings, continues to build its reputation as a leading spa and relaxation destination.
Part of Adrian Zecha’s Azerai portfolio, the resort now offers complimentary midweek and weekend yoga classes led by specialist instructor Trang Tran. Set on a serene patio near the resort’s oceanfront spa, the sessions combine the natural beauty of the coastline with practices that restore inner balance and mindfulness.
Wellness by the sea
Trang Tran brings a depth of experience in classical yoga, yin yoga, pranayama and mindfulness. Her sunrise sessions promote grounding, calm and physical renewal, while private yoga options cater to solo guests, couples or groups seeking a tailored experience. For those after deeper relaxation, Trang also offers sound healing sessions using singing bowls and gongs.
All yoga and meditation sessions are subject to availability and require advance reservations.
