After a hard year for Central Victoria tourism, the Bendigo region is welcoming Qantas’ plans to recommence direct flights from Sydney to Bendigo from Monday 7 December, 2020, with the airline flying the route five times per week.
The recommencement of these direct flights will be an integral part of the 250 Qantas and Jetstar flights re-connecting Victoria and New South Wales and, along with the Victorian State Government’s $28 million travel voucher incentive scheme, regional Victorian travel is set for a major re-boot.
And Bendigo’s leading accommodation venues have announced special offers of Stay 3 Pay 2, to warmly welcome back guests. Valid from December 2020 right through until February 2021
The Bendigo Art Gallery has also announced its new highly-anticipated exhibition: Mary Quant – Fashion Revolutionary, with tickets on sale now, for the exhibition running from 20 March 2021 through 11 July 2021.
