Courtyard by Marriott has officially opened its first property in Vietnam, unveiling the landmark Courtyard by Marriott Danang Han River in the heart of the vibrant coastal city. The 45-storey, 300-room hotel is the newest addition to Marriott Bonvoy’s global portfolio and marks the brand’s debut in one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing destinations.
Located along the banks of the Han River, the new hotel lights up Danang’s skyline with its modern LED façade and offers a blend of comfort, connectivity and convenience for both business and leisure travellers.
Elevated stays in a dynamic city
Designed with natural textures and tones, all rooms and suites feature plush beds, high-speed Wi-Fi, workspaces, power showers, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows with views of either the river or the cityscape.
The hotel’s dining venues offer a taste of local and international flavours. The Landmark Restaurant presents Vietnamese and global cuisine in a relaxed setting with live kitchens, while The Chill Bean espresso bar and the stylish Lobby Lounge provide spaces to unwind or work on the go.
A new hub for events and relaxation
Positioned to become a key player in Danang’s corporate and event landscape, the hotel offers 10 meeting spaces totalling 1,000 square metres. The Grand Ballroom, with an 8.5-metre-high ceiling, is ideal for conferences, weddings and social events.
Leisure amenities include a rooftop infinity pool, a children’s pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness studio on the 29th floor — all with panoramic views of the Han River.
“Danang is becoming one of the most compelling destinations in Southeast Asia,” said Cluster General Manager Stefano Maccagno.
“We are delighted to elevate the city’s appeal with the launch of Courtyard by Marriott Danang Han River, providing contemporary accommodation and exceptional services for both business and leisure guests.”
Gateway to Central Vietnam
Located just 4.4 kilometres from Danang International Airport, the hotel offers easy access to the region’s most iconic attractions — from the Marble Mountains and Ba Na Hills to the UNESCO-listed towns of Hoi An and Hue, and world-class golf courses nearby.
