Destination DC is encouraging Australian and New Zealand travel advisors to boost their knowledge of Washington, DC through its DC Special Agent Academy, with participants able to win one of 10 Visa Gift Cards throughout August.
The promotion runs from 1 to 31 August 2026 and is open to both new and existing academy participants.
Complete the academy to enter
New advisors must register for the free online training and complete the academy’s three core modules covering essential destination information, Washington’s monuments, memorials and museums, and the experiences that make the US capital unique.
Advisors who complete the training during August will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
Existing graduates can also win
Already-certified advisors can also enter by completing three additional elective courses during the promotional period.
Prizes include:
- One $500 Visa Gift Card
- Two $200 Visa Gift Cards
- Seven $100 Visa Gift Cards
Gift card values will be awarded in Australian or New Zealand dollars, depending on the winner’s country of residence.
