Explora Journeys has unveiled Explora Club – a new loyalty program designed to reward and inspire repeat guests with exclusive experiences and thoughtful benefits both on board and ashore.
Launched on 9 April 2025, the program reflects the luxury lifestyle brand’s growing commitment to building meaningful, long-term relationships with its guests.
With five tiers – Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond – Explora Club offers members a curated pathway of rewards, from exclusive events and priority access to suite upgrades, wellness credits and a complimentary voyage at the highest level.
Elevated benefits, personalised rewards
Members of the Explora Club will enjoy a range of benefits tailored to enhance every part of their journey. From a personalised welcome on board and curated gifts to behind-the-scenes tours and priority reservations, each level unlocks greater privileges the more guests travel.
Key benefits include:
- Thoughtful touches: Personalised greetings, welcome gifts and celebratory surprises.
- Savings and credits: Value savings on future journeys, on-board boutique discounts, Ocean Wellness and Destination Experience credits, and a complimentary seven-night journey at Diamond level.
- Pre-journey perks: Early access to new itineraries, priority service, private transfers and complimentary upgrades.
- Onboard enhancements: Private events, exclusive culinary experiences, complimentary laundry, and VIP access to services.
- Status match: Guests with loyalty status in other luxury cruise programs can enjoy equivalent tier status from their first journey.

A milestone for the brand

Members will gain access to a dedicated ‘My Explora’ portal from July 2025, where they can view their status and rewards. Past journeys will be recognised and contribute to a member’s tier level.
Rapid growth on the horizon
Explora Journeys is in the process of expanding its fleet to six luxury vessels by 2028. With EXPLORA I and EXPLORA II already sailing, the next four ships are set to join over the next three years.
