<Trave/Scrum> is organizing its first global ideation hackathon to be held online from 11 – 14 June for the Travel and Tourism community, offering a platform to come together and build solutions to the global crisis.
With 10 percent of the world’s GDP and some 330 million jobs at stake and one-third of the jobs lost due to the Covid-19 pandemic (according to WTTC), the Travel and Tourism industry is at a turning point and needs immediate action.
The global ideation hackathon is aimed at providing a platform for talented people to showcase their ideas to improve the world of travel of tomorrow and be recognized in the process.
Speaking about this initiative, <Trave/Scrum> co-founder, Gene Quinn, said “We expect participants to deliver innovative, implementable and impactful projects for the industry, spread across three challenges: Health and Hygiene, Travel & Experiences and Sustainability & Relief. We have a list of accomplished industry experts who have signed up as mentors and judges”.
The ideation hackathon gives innovators, industry leaders, technology & business leaders from all over the world the opportunity to engage, act together as a community.
