HX Expeditions is giving Australian travel advisors the chance to experience Antarctica for themselves with the launch of a new sales incentive rewarding bookings on its 2027 expedition voyages.
The “Chart Your Course to Antarctica” campaign runs from 1 August to 31 October 2026, with the five highest-performing advisors earning a place on an exclusive Antarctica famil scheduled for March 2027.
Earn points towards an Antarctica famil
Travel advisors will receive one point for every eligible Antarctica 2027 cabin booking and three points for every suite booking made and deposited during the incentive period.
To qualify, bookings must be new Antarctica 2027 departures, deposited between 1 August and 31 October 2026, and registered through the designated HX booking registration form.
Rewarding Antarctica specialists
HX Expeditions will verify all eligible bookings before confirming points, with the five advisors who accumulate the highest totals securing a place on the famil, subject to final approval.
The prize includes the Antarctica famil only. Winners are responsible for international airfares, travel insurance, visas, personal expenses and any other costs not included in the final HX famil itinerary.
