Inside Travel Group (ITG), the cultural adventure specialist behind InsideJapan and InsideAsia, has unveiled a major new incentive for travel agents, celebrating its 25th anniversary with the Agent Insider Programme.
The programme is designed to engage agents who specialise in cultural adventures and reward them with a grand prize worth up to $50,000. The winning agent will enjoy a personalised cultural adventure to any ITG destination, with family or friends, making this one of the most significant agent incentives in the industry.
A record-breaking year for ITG
Following a record-breaking 2024, ITG reported a 49 per cent year-on-year increase in trade sales in January 2025 and is on track for its most successful year yet.
Global Trade Manager Gabo Quiros highlighted the importance of the trade in driving this success.
“The trade is massively important for Inside Travel Group and essential to help drive growth,” he said.

How agents can win big
Every booking made in 2025 gives agents an entry into the draw for the $50,000 cultural adventure, increasing their chances of winning with each new booking.
“We are prepared to put our money where our mouth is,” Quiros said.
“This is not another boring prize or FAM trip place. This is something special. We want agents to experience what we do best. We know they won’t look anywhere else once they have travelled with Inside Travel Group’s specialist brands InsideJapan and InsideAsia.”
In addition to the grand prize, InsideJapan is offering ten exclusive spots on its award-winning small group tours. Agents can qualify by subscribing to ITG’s agent-focused emails, making a booking, participating in a quiz, and attending one webinar.

To assist agents in maximising their sales and participation in the programme, ITG has launched a dedicated Agent Insider Programme website. This platform provides agents with essential resources and information, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
