International Rail has launched a new Agent Sales Guide designed to help travel advisors confidently sell and book rail journeys across its global product portfolio.
Available in both print and digital formats, the resource brings together destination information, booking guidance and practical sales tips to simplify the rail booking process for the travel trade.
New resource supports rail sales
The guide covers International Rail’s products across Europe, Japan, the United States and Canada, with information on rail passes, point-to-point tickets, ferries, transfers and other complementary travel products.
It also includes booking timelines, troubleshooting advice and destination insights to help advisors recommend rail itineraries with greater confidence.
International Rail CEO Jonathan Hume said the guide was developed to make selling rail more accessible for travel advisors navigating multiple operators, products and destinations.
Expanded trade support
Alongside the guide’s launch, International Rail has expanded its trade support services by introducing Saturday Live Chat for travel advisors.
The new service will operate every Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00, providing additional assistance outside standard business hours.
