Journey Beyond relaunches Become a Beyonder agent incentive

Journey Beyond has relaunched its Become a Beyonder trade incentive, offering 14 spots on a nine-day mega famil in March 2027, after the 2026 campaign delivered a 40 per cent year-on-year sales increase during the campaign period.

Famil combines Rottnest Island, Margaret River and Indian Pacific

The nine-day itinerary includes flights into Perth and out of Adelaide, an overnight stay on Rottnest Island with touring by Rottnest Express, a three-night bespoke Outback Spirit tour through Margaret River, and two nights aboard the Indian Pacific crossing the Nullarbor from Perth to Adelaide. The trip concludes with a farewell dinner at Seppeltsfield Estate in the Barossa Valley, with full inclusions across meals, beverages and touring throughout.

Alicia Triggs, Journey Beyond’s executive general manager of sales and partnerships, said the campaign builds on last year’s momentum. “Agents around the world threw themselves into the challenge to Become a Beyonder, and the numbers speak for themselves,” Triggs said.

Five categories offer multiple entry pathways

The 14 spots are split across five categories: Bookings Beyond offers six spots for top-booking Australia and New Zealand consultants across Rail, Outback Spirit and Grand Pacific Touring, plus one North America and one UK/Europe spot, each booking earning a random-draw entry. Sell Beyond awards three spots to agencies with the highest year-on-year revenue growth. Learning Beyond offers one spot to an agent completing all three campaign webinars and quizzes. Creativity Beyond rewards the most creative agency campaign activation, with 2026 winner Helloworld Toowoomba hand-painting The Ghan onto its shopfront door. The Golden Ticket enters every eligible booking into a prize draw for one additional spot.

To qualify, agents must book clients on Journey Beyond Rail, Outback Spirit, Vintage Rail Journeys or Grand Pacific Tours for travel in 2027, with bookings made between 1 September and 31 October 2026.

For agents selling Journey Beyond’s rail and touring brands, the multiple entry categories give both high-volume sellers and smaller agencies a genuine pathway to the famil, alongside direct firsthand exposure to three of the company’s signature Western Australia and cross-country experiences ahead of future client sales.
