Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary in Koh Samui has launched Sacred Renewal, a new immersive wellness program available from 1 October 2026, offered in eight, 11 or 15-night formats and structured around the phases of the lunar cycle.
Program combines Vedic practices with clinical wellness approach

Sacred Renewal draws on yogic and Vedic philosophy, including the Pancha Mahābhūtas, or five elemental forces of earth, water, fire, air and ether, alongside contemporary psychology and neuroscience. The program includes one-on-one sessions covering mindful movement, breath awareness, meditation and therapeutic modalities, and can be booked during any phase of the lunar cycle rather than requiring a fixed calendar alignment.
The eight-night format starts from $5,168 Australian dollars, excluding accommodation. Gopal Kumar, Kamalaya’s general manager and group director of wellness, said the program reflects the property’s longstanding approach. “Sacred Renewal reflects this philosophy. It is not about striving for change, but about returning to fundamental rhythms of life,” Kumar said.
Launch marks Kamalaya’s 21st anniversary

The program’s release coincides with Kamalaya’s 21st anniversary of operation on Koh Samui. The property has received more than 100 international awards to date, including recent recognition in Oprah Daily’s Best Global Retreats list, and being named number one in The World’s 50 Best Wellness Resorts by Health Travel Magazine.
For agents selling wellness and retreat-based travel, Sacred Renewal gives a structured, multi-night program to position for clients seeking a deeper immersive experience beyond standard spa treatments, with pricing tiers across three program lengths supporting different client budgets and time availability.
