Los Angeles Tourism, Santa Monica Travel & Tourism and Universal Studios Hollywood hosted a Canberra Agent Training event on 13 March 2019.
The successful event saw 30 travel agents attend and listen to Kathleen Finneran of L.A. Tourism provide an update on the city’s hotels, new attractions, and the L.A. Insider training program – an online training tool for travel trade professionals. Additionally, the agents were given a detailed update on LAX’s recent USD$14-billion dollar re-development, which is transforming it into a world-class airport.
