Cvent unveils new brand promise built for The Presence Premium™ Era
Cvent unveiled a new brand identity at Cvent CONNECT, its flagship industry and customer conference. The launch comes at a defining moment for the broader business landscape: As AI makes content, outreach, and personalisation infinitely scalable, audiences are growing more sceptical. In response, organisations are looking for ways to more meaningfully engage with their customers and prospects. Increasingly, they find that answer in events – 98 per cent of marketers and event professionals say in-person and community-based events are central to their marketing strategy.
Cvent’s new promise is further strengthened by the launch of a new thought leadership arm: the Cvent Center for Event Insights, which will work uniquely at the intersection of events, hospitality and technology; unlocking research, best practices and ideas that move the industry forward.
In the months ahead, customers will see the next generation of Cvent come to life across the company’s products, events, and content. To learn more about the new Cvent story, read insights from Cvent CMO, Amy Lucia, and perspectives from CEO and Founder, Reggie Aggarwal, on the Presence Premium; or visit the website here.

Stage and Screen, the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) specialist travel management company dedicated to the entertainment, sports, and live events industries, has announced a series of significant appointments and promotions as it heads into FY27 with clear momentum and ambition.
The moves follow the recent promotion of Wonitta Atkins to General Manager and reflect a deliberate strategy to strengthen senior leadership, deepen specialist capability, and create genuine career pathways for the company’s people.
At the senior leadership level, Matthew Leddin has expanded his remit from Head of Account Management to the newly defined role of Head of Operations and Account Management, taking on the operational responsibilities previously held by Atkins in her former role.
Joining the senior leadership team alongside Leddin is Aadil Omar, appointed as Finance Business Partner, bringing financial expertise and strategic rigour to support the business’s continued growth.
Leading chefs and winemakers come together in the Hunter Valley for an exclusive culinary experience
For one day only, on Saturday 5 September, five restaurants and five local wineries are coming together in the Hunter Valley for ‘Chefs in the Vines’, a food and wine event built around regional produce and the chance to meet the people behind the plates.
The chefs will cook across five live stations at Spicers Guesthouse in Pokolbin, with guests moving between each as the chefs prepare and present a signature dish. Held across two sessions, from 12-2pm and 2.30-4.30pm, the experience offers a closer look at how each dish comes together, including the ideas and techniques behind it.
