Tourism Ireland ANZ has appointed David McMahon as its new Trade Marketing and Operations Executive, reporting directly to Regional Manager, Sofia Hanson.
“We are thrilled to have David join the team to help us continue strengthening the Tourism Ireland brand and our relationships with ANZ trade partners and suppliers,” said Sophia. “Our message for travel advisors is that tourism companies across the island of Ireland have been implementing all the required new health and safety measures – and will be ready to deliver a fantastic holiday experience for their clients.
From promoting the islands of Fiji for 7½ years to now promoting the island of Ireland, David will be spearheading activities to engage with travel advisors across Australia and New Zealand, keeping them updated with relevant news, tours, experiences and events that will help them position and sell Ireland better.
“I am really excited to be promoting all of the incredible experiences that Ireland has to offer, including the natural warmth of the Irish people which makes it a truly must-visit destination,” David said.
