A new podcast looking at COVID-19 through the lens of the social sciences with journalist Ginger Gorman, includes the latest episode in the series – “Planes, trains and a whole lot of pain – Tourism and COVID-19”.
Gorman sat down with tourism expert, Professor Sara Dolnicar, as part of the Seriously Social series (launched last week to an amazing response) for a 30 min exploration about everything from the gig economy + tourism; whether, and how, the industry might ‘reset’ after COVID-19; and how training tourism employees differently may help with any future crises in the sector.
