Qantas Frequent Flyer expands with David Jones partnership

Qantas Frequent Flyer has announced a significant expansion of its retail offering through a new partnership with David Jones, one of Australia’s most iconic department stores.

This collaboration will enable Frequent Flyer members to earn and redeem Qantas Points when shopping at David Jones’ 40 stores nationwide and online.

Enhanced rewards for Qantas customers

As part of the upcoming David Jones Rewards program, customers will have the flexibility to choose between earning David Jones Rewards Points or Qantas Points on their purchases. This integration allows Qantas Frequent Flyers to accumulate points that can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including flights, upgrades, hotel stays, and other travel-related benefits.

The partnership is set to launch later this year, with a new David Jones mobile app serving as the central hub for the rewards program. Through the app, customers will be able to link their memberships, monitor their points balance, and access exclusive offers tailored to their shopping preferences.

This collaboration between Qantas and David Jones underscores a shared commitment to providing enhanced value and choice to Australian consumers, further strengthening Qantas Frequent Flyer’s position as a leading loyalty program in the country.
