QR launches exclusive FIFA Arab Cup 2025 and Intercontinental Cup 2025 packages

Qatar Airways has released a suite of exclusive travel packages for fans heading to Doha for two of football’s biggest end-of-year tournaments: the FIFA Arab Cup 2025 and the FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2025.

As the Official Airline Partner of FIFA, the carrier is offering Fly + Stay packages through Qatar Airways Holidays, combining flights, accommodation and match tickets during what is expected to be a high-demand December travel period.

The FIFA Arab Cup 2025 will take place from 1 to 18 December, featuring 16 national teams from across the Arab world, while the FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2025 will run from 10 to 17 December and bring together continental champions for the season’s final elite football event.

Curated Fly + Stay packages for fans

The new packages offer international supporters a streamlined way to attend both tournaments. Options include return flights with Qatar Airways, a choice of four- or five-star accommodation, match tickets in either Category 1 or 2, and the opportunity to earn Avios and Qpoints on the full package value. Add-on experiences such as city tours, desert adventures and cultural activities are also available.

Privilege Club members can further tailor their trip using Cash + Avios, and travellers can combine matches from both tournaments to create a full football-focused itinerary across December.

Discover Qatar & Qatar Airways Holidays Senior Vice President Steven Reynolds said the packages were designed to offer seamless travel and premium hospitality during one of Qatar’s most vibrant visitor seasons.

Doha set for major sporting tourism uplift

Doha’s hosting of both tournaments continues to strengthen Qatar’s position as a global sporting destination following the success of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. The airline expects strong international interest, supported by favourable winter conditions, extensive visitor infrastructure and attractions including Lusail, West Bay, Souq Waqif, the Corniche and the city’s acclaimed museums.

Qatar Airways currently connects fans to Doha via more than 170 routes worldwide, with Hamad International Airport recently named the Best Airport in the Middle East for the 11th consecutive year.
