The Scenic Group (including Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours, Emerald Cruises and Evergreen Cruises & Tours) will suspend operations for land tours, river and ocean cruises up to 30 June 2020.
“The continuing escalation of the global COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in many Governments enforcing lockdowns, travel restrictions and border closures. This situation has required Scenic Group to suspend all of our scheduled departures for May and June 2020,” said Anthony Laver, Group General Manager Sales & Marketing.
To support valued guests and agent partners during this challenging time, Scenic will be providing flexible Future Travel Credit vouchers of up to 110% of the booking value. These vouchers are valid for travel through to 31 December 2022 and are fully transferable to another person, booking or other brands within the Scenic Group.
The Scenic Group remains committed to protecting travel agent commissions on bookings for suspended land tours, river and ocean cruises.
