Explore Scotland’s Trails and Flavours

The Highlights of Scotland Hiking Journey takes participants on 68 kilometres of curated trails, including the Speyside Way, the Fife Coastal Path, and the Rob Roy Way. These legendary paths lead through historic villages, along breathtaking coastlines, and across rolling highland hills, offering a true taste of Scotland’s natural beauty and cultural richness.

The experience also includes:

  • A guided walking tour of Edinburgh’s Old Town.
  • A whisky distillery tour and tasting session with an expert guide.
  • A 10-course degustation at the acclaimed Monachyle Mhor Hotel, where travellers stay for two nights.

The accommodation rivals the journey’s stunning surroundings, featuring stays at Rufflets Hotel, Dowan’s Hotel of Speyside with its 500-whisky collection, and the historic Kingshouse at Glencoe, famously featured in the James Bond film Skyfall.

Kate Croucher, Guided by Nature product developer, describes the itinerary as a perfect blend of adventure and authenticity.

“This walk explores diverse landscapes and traditions, from coastal fishing villages to highland trails once traversed by royalty. Guests will see the best of Scotland, stay in exceptional locations, and experience the warmth of Scottish culture.”
