Singapore Airlines has launched a First Class Concierge service at Singapore Changi Airport, providing personalised assistance for eligible First Class passengers moving through key airport touchpoints.
Service covers lounge-to-gate and connecting passengers
A dedicated, specially trained team will personally meet and escort First Class customers between the SilverKris Lounge and their departure gate, as well as gate-to-gate for connecting passengers, providing continuous support within the terminal. The service extends to all Singapore Airlines First Class customers with a sector departing from or arriving at Changi, including transiting passengers, as well as transit passengers on other airlines who hold a Singapore Airlines First Class sector connecting through Changi on the same ticket.
The service is provided automatically to eligible customers and cannot be booked in advance. Buggy service may also be available depending on operational conditions.
Service sits alongside existing meet-and-greet arrangements
For customers who have already arranged pre-booked meet-and-greet services through third-party providers, those existing arrangements will take precedence over the new concierge service. For agents selling First Class product through Singapore Airlines, the new service adds a tangible premium touchpoint to promote to eligible clients transiting or flying through Changi, reinforcing the airline’s positioning at the top end of its cabin offering.
