Six Senses Fiji is expanding its collection of private luxury residences with the addition of two new homes, responding to growing demand for multigenerational and private group travel.
The new residences will strengthen the Malolo Island resort’s position as home to Fiji’s largest portfolio of luxury resort residences, with one becoming available this month and the second opening later this year.
Two new residences join the portfolio

Residence 47, a five-bedroom beachfront pool residence accommodating up to 10 guests, will welcome its first visitors from 1 August 2026. The property features direct beach access, a large private pool with an integrated pool bar, a children’s wading area, multiple entertaining spaces and a separate guest bure offering additional privacy.
Residence 3, a four-bedroom oceanview pool residence, will open on 21 November 2026. Designed for up to eight guests, it offers sweeping South Pacific views, a curved infinity pool, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, and private decks accessed directly from the primary bedrooms.
Each residence includes a fully equipped kitchen, private swimming pool, dedicated Guest Experience Maker (GEM), complimentary nanny service for up to eight hours per day, and full access to the resort’s restaurants, wellness facilities, watersports and sustainability programs.
Focus on luxury and sustainability

The new residences have been designed in line with the Six Senses sustainability philosophy, incorporating natural materials, energy-efficient systems and local craftsmanship while celebrating Fijian culture.
Guests can also participate in a range of experiences including reef restoration, organic gardening, village visits, guided hikes to Mount Solevu and holistic wellness programs. Beyond its residences, the resort also offers 24 private pool villas for couples and families seeking a more intimate island escape.
