Singapore Airlines has confirmed that all services between Singapore and Phnom Penh will transition to the new Techo International Airport (KTI) from 9 September 2025. The change comes as operations are officially relocated from the existing Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH).
Flight numbers and scheduled timings remain unchanged. From 9 September, SIA will continue operating three daily return services between Singapore and Phnom Penh, using the following schedule:
- SQ154/153 (departing Singapore at 0740hrs / returning 0935hrs)
- SQ156/155 (departing Singapore at 1200hrs / returning 1405hrs)
- SQ158/157 (departing Singapore at 1630hrs / returning 1855hrs)

Travel trade guidance
Travel agents are advised to closely monitor disruption notifications via their respective booking systems, including GDS queues and email notifications. SIA aims to automatically reissue tickets for NDC bookings where possible. EDIFACT bookings will require agents to perform the reissuance and apply the waiver code ‘SKCHG’ in the endorsement box.
During the transition, agents should consider open-jaw or multi-city options when managing bookings spanning the 9 September switch date.
Planning for Techo International Airport
Located approximately 23 kilometres south of Phnom Penh city centre, Techo International Airport will offer expanded facilities and greater connectivity. Travellers are reminded to plan their transfers accordingly, with check-in counters closing one hour before departure.
