Switzerland Tourism launches five-part rail training series

Switzerland Tourism has released Seamless Switzerland, a five-episode training series with Destination Webinars designed to help Australian and New Zealand travel agents build confidence planning Swiss rail itineraries.

Series covers Swiss Travel Pass and panoramic trains

The episodes, filmed while presenter Charlie travelled across Switzerland by train, boat, bus and tram with Switzerland Tourism’s Sandra Babey, cover practical topics including airport arrivals, ticketing and platform navigation, along with a dedicated episode on panoramic trains such as the GoldenPass Express, covering travel classes, seat reservations and luggage transfers.

Further episodes address how the Swiss Travel Pass connects transport with cultural attractions, including St Gallen’s Abbey Library and cheesemaking experiences in the Appenzell region, before a final episode consolidating practical tips on the SBB app, seasonal travel and family itinerary planning.
