Among Premier Daniel Andrews’ eased restrictions for regional Victoria, announced yesterday, which come into effect from 11:59pm AEDT Tuesday 27 October, is the green light for tour operators to take people in vehicles on 30-minute tours, providing the tour fits the criteria for supporting the primary “outdoor offering” of the tourism operation, with specific limits according to the size of the vehicle.
