American Small group youth specialist brand, TrekAmerica, has added a Live Chat feature to its contact options for agents.
“Following recent growth in agent enquiry with our new Australian based team, we wanted to provide an additional point of contact for our agent partners,” said Joseph Wynes, Regional Sales & Marketing Manager. “Offering Live Chat as an option for agents provides an opportunity for immediate communication for those quick questions agents may have if a client is sitting in front of them, rather than having to pick up the phone.”
The Live Chat feature is now live on the TrekAmerica website and will be available during Treks regular Australian business hours from Monday – Friday.
