Unique Cruises Luxury Barge Cruising Agent Training

Unique Cruises is working with agents to get their clients excited about travel again and help them reboot their cruising sales and, to assist with getting that message out to agents who are working reduced hours and/or from home, Unique Cruises Founder and Director, Walter Nand, has teamed up with the Travel Industry Network (TIN) to produce the first in a series of play-on-demand agent trainings.

Nand has over 20 years of international travel experience, having worked with airlines, hotels, tour operators, wholesalers and large cruise companies. More recently, he recognised his passion for small, unique cruise experiences and made these experiences available to Australian agents and their clients.

“The ‘Luxury Barge Bubble’ makes barge cruising arguably one of the safest ways to explore Europe moving into 2022 and 2023”, said Nand.

With luxury barge cruising, Unique Cruises takes all that is great about the river cruise experience and puts it on a smaller vessel for a more intimate experience. Their luxury barges can accommodate between 4 to 20 passengers, depending on the barge.

Each cruise selected by Unique Cruises has something unique to offer, setting the experience or destination apart from the mainstream.
