Vietjet has unveiled its 111th aircraft, a state-of-the-art Airbus A321neo ACF, as part of the airline’s commitment to modernising its fleet and expanding its global network.
The new aircraft, which landed in Ho Chi Minh City after its journey from Hamburg, Germany, features advanced cabin technology to enhance passenger comfort. It also delivers improved operational efficiency, including 20 per cent lower fuel consumption and reduced noise levels by up to 50 per cent.
This addition marks a significant milestone for the airline as it continues to grow, with three more aircraft set to join the fleet in December. Vietjet is also preparing to wet-lease six to ten planes to meet increased demand during the Lunar New Year, ensuring travellers benefit from greater connectivity during peak travel periods.
