Virgin Australia has launched a one-week international airfare sale, offering return Economy Lite fares from $429 to Bali and discounted fares to Queenstown, Fiji and Vanuatu for selected travel dates between 13 October 2026 and 22 June 2027. The sale is available until 7 August 2026, unless sold out earlier.
The airline is also promoting Virgin Australia Holidays by Hopper packages, combining flights and accommodation from $649 per person, based on two people travelling from Melbourne to Bali with four nights’ accommodation.
Deals span Bali, Fiji, Vanuatu and Queenstown
Return Economy Lite fares start from $429 from the Gold Coast and Melbourne to Bali, $445 from Melbourne to Queenstown, $459 from Canberra to Bali and Brisbane to Vanuatu, and $599 from Sydney and Melbourne to Fiji. Eligible Velocity Frequent Flyer members can earn Velocity Points and Status Credits on qualifying sale fares.
Holiday packages include return flights and four nights’ accommodation from $649 per person for Bali, $849 for Queenstown and $1,015 for Fiji, based on twin share.
Virgin Australia Executive Libby Minogue said the sale gives Australians the opportunity to lock in overseas holidays well ahead of the peak travel season.
