Virtuoso® has announced record-high advisor ratings in its Reviews & Recommendations Program, reaching an impressive average rating of 99.3 per cent in 2024. Virtuoso preferred partners maintained a consistent rating of 93.9 per cent.
These figures reflect the network’s commitment to providing world-class travel experiences and underscore the growing importance of online reviews in travel decision-making.
The Power of Reviews
Virtuoso launched its Reviews & Recommendations Program over a decade ago to meet the rising consumer demand for trusted feedback. Research shows that 70 per cent of travellers rely on online reviews when planning their journeys, with reviews serving as a key motivator for those not yet working with a travel advisor. The program sends automated emails to clients five days after their trips, asking whether they would recommend their Virtuoso advisor and any preferred partners from their itinerary.

Thousands of Virtuoso advisors have achieved a perfect 100 per cent recommendation rate, including Michael Nolan, Managing Director of Bayview Travel in Brighton, Australia. Nolan, who has received 99 client reviews, highlights the dual benefits of the program: attracting new clients and providing actionable feedback.
