Virtuoso has announced the appointment of Úna O’Leary as Vice President, Global Partnerships, a strategic leadership role that will see her drive the continued expansion and alignment of the global luxury travel network’s preferred partner portfolio.
Based in Toronto, Canada, O’Leary’s promotion reflects Virtuoso’s focus on scalable global growth and deeper integration across the nine regions in which it operates. She brings extensive leadership experience and an in-depth understanding of the luxury travel landscape, having played a critical role in establishing Virtuoso’s Canadian market over the past several years.
Since joining Virtuoso as its first general manager for Canada, O’Leary has led a period of significant development, boosting member engagement, enhancing partner relationships and cementing the region’s place as a distinct and high-performing part of the network.
“Úna has led Virtuoso’s efforts to identify Canada as a distinct market and one of our established regions,” said Michael Londregan, Senior Vice President, Global Operations at Virtuoso.
“Her ability to design strategy and align our team to execute through collaboration with members and partners makes her ideally suited to this new role.”
A strategic appointment for future growth
O’Leary will report to Cory Hagopian, Virtuoso’s Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships, who described the appointment as a significant milestone for the organisation.

While a search for her successor in Canada is underway, O’Leary will continue to provide support to ensure a smooth transition. The process will be overseen by Londregan with assistance from O’Leary.
