HKTB welcomes new Senior Manager, Trade Marketing

The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has appointed Karen Prideaux as its new Senior Manager, Trade Marketing, based in the Sydney office.

In her role, Karen will lead business development and trade marketing initiatives to position Hong Kong as a top travel destination. Her responsibilities extend to promoting the city’s appeal for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and cruise tourism across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific.

Karen brings extensive experience from roles at organisations such as Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia, KMI Consulting and Events, the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board, and Disney Destinations International. Her expertise in sales and marketing is expected to enhance HKTB’s trade strategies and strengthen its brand presence in the region.

The HKTB encourages industry partners to welcome Karen as she embarks on her new role.
