Club Med is continuing its ‘Club Med On The Couch’ series with new dates starting on 12 October 2021.
Dubbed ‘Club Med On The Couch – Lock And Load’, the 30-minute sharp session will arm agents with the necessary tools to prepare their business for the return of international travel and tips in generating new bookings.
During the session, Club Med Sales Managers will cover:
• Learn to reassure clients with risk-free deposit schemes and COVID insurance coverage
• A guide to safeguarding yourself from endless refunds
• How Club Med COVID safety measures are keeping customers safe today, and what clients can expect of their first international holiday
Agents are encouraged to submit questions they or their clients may have on Club Med’s new booking policies and resort operations. Questions can be submitted when registering or by email via tradesales.australia@clubmed.com before 5pm on 10 October 2021 AEDT.
