The Globus family of brands’ latest travel advisor incentive, Globus All Stars, has been heating up for the past eight weeks, with advisors battling it out for the title of ultimate GFOB Survivor. Now, even previously eliminated advisors have a second shot at glory with the launch of Redemption Island Week.
Second chance to compete for the ultimate prize
Announced by Survivor Australia icon King George via the GFOB trade Facebook group, Redemption Island Week gives eliminated advisors and new entrants a chance to get back in the game. By selling any Cosmos tour before 5 pm on 9 March, advisors will automatically retain, regain, or register their place in the competition. Those who fail to make a Cosmos booking this week will be eliminated.
In addition to re-entering the competition, participants in Redemption Island Week will also be in the running for this week’s random prize draw: Bose QuietComfort Earbuds.
Compete for an Avalon Waterways river cruise
So far, the Globus All Stars incentive has awarded winning advisors with prizes including a Globus trip to Morocco, $1,000 in GFOB Travel Credits, a Globus Independence trip to Paris and London, and monogrammed July luggage.
After 12 rounds, two advisors from each state or territory will be flown to Sydney, with flights and accommodation included, to compete in a live Tribal Council event on 14 May. The final round survivor will walk away with the ultimate prize, an all-expenses-paid Avalon Waterways river cruise for two.
How the competition works
Every Monday, GFOB releases the week’s challenge on its trade Facebook group. Advisors must complete the challenge by the deadline to stay in the running. Winners are announced on Facebook and contacted directly, with prizes distributed by local Business Development Managers.
